The short answer

In 2026 a focused mobile app MVP built by a professional studio in Pakistan usually costs between PKR 600,000 and 2,000,000. A business website costs PKR 80,000 to 400,000, and a full product with iOS, Android, a web dashboard and payments costs PKR 2,000,000 to 7,000,000. These are the bands we quote at Wraplet; freelancers can be cheaper and large agencies more expensive.

What you are buildingTypical price (PKR)Typical timeline
Business website80,000 – 400,0002–4 weeks
Mobile app MVP600,000 – 2,000,0006–10 weeks
AI chatbot or agent400,000 – 1,800,0003–8 weeks

Full product (apps + web + backend)2,000,000 – 7,000,0003–6 months

What actually drives the price

Two apps with the same idea can differ in cost by five times. The difference is almost never the idea; it is the number of screens and the systems behind them.

  • Screens and flows: every extra role (customer, rider, admin) multiplies the screens.
  • Backend and integrations: payments, SMS, maps, or an existing ERP each add work and testing.
  • Platforms: React Native lets one codebase serve Android and iOS, but each store still needs its own release work.
  • Design depth: a clean, standard design is cheaper than custom illustration and animation.
  • Content and languages: an Urdu version means translated copy and right-to-left checks.

Costs people forget

  • Google Play developer account: a one-time USD 25 fee, plus identity verification time.
  • Apple Developer Program: USD 99 per year, needed for any iPhone release.
  • Hosting, database and SMS: often PKR 5,000 to 50,000 a month depending on users.
  • Updates after launch: Android and iOS change every year, and apps need small updates to stay in the stores.

How to keep the cost down

Launch with the one journey that proves your idea, not every feature on your list. Use Android first if most of your customers are on Android, then add iOS from the same code. Ask for milestones you can test on your own phone, so you can stop or change direction early without losing what you paid for.
